Abstract: 

Mining is impossible without employing LABOR. The production and extraction of minerals require a combination of LABOR, machinery and energy. In this paper, through a review of the stylized facts of the Iranian mines under operation, first the factors affecting LABOR PRODUCTIVITY are identified, and then, by specifying an econometric model, their effects on PRODUCTIVITY are estimated over the period 1983-2017. Given the non-stationary variables, the Johansen-Juselius co-integration test confirms the existence of a long-term relationship among the variables. Accordingly, the share of skilled LABOR, private ownership of mines, capital-labour ratio, and wages and salaries positively influence LABOR PRODUCTIVITY. According to the findings, designing a payment and reward system related to the added value of employees, using LABOR-saving technologies (advanced mining equipment) in the extraction of deep and high-risk mines, privatization of non-strategic mines, increasing the share of the labour force in the profit and sale of minerals, paying attention to the substitution and complement inputs( LABOR, energy and capital) in mineral extraction and processing are recommended to increase LABOR PRODUCTIVITY in mines.

Abstract: 

This paper investigate the long-run relationship between the total factor PRODUCTIVITY and the LABOR PRODUCTIVITY in Iran during 1970-2007 and use Autoregressive Distributed Lags (ARDL) and Bound tests approaches. Results explain that there is a mutual long-run relationship between total factor PRODUCTIVITY and LABOR PRODUCTIVITY, and total factor PRODUCTIVITY and LABOR PRODUCTIVITY have positive and significant effect on each other.

Abstract: 

This study investigated the role of of Intelectual capital on LABOR PRODUCTIVITY among the staff the University of Urmia. Statistical population of the study included of all staff using a sample-stratified random sampling-relative-214 based on the Cochran formula was selected as the sample. Data were gathered through two standard questionnaires, capital and LABOR PRODUCTIVITY. Data collection, the data analyzed based on research hypothesis with using of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics such as mean, standard deviation, t test, Pearson's correlation and step by step regression analysis. Results showed between Intelectual capital and its elements with LABOR PRODUCTIVITY are positive and significant correlation. Structural capital, relational capital and cognitive capital have Predictive power of LABOR PRODUCTIVITY positive and significant. In conclusion it can be stated that social capital is effective on LABOR PRODUCTIVITY.

Abstract: 

In this paper, organizational culture and its role on LABOR PRODUCTIVITY will be studied in Health and Care center of Ijroud city aiming to improve the efficiency of the PRODUCTIVITY based on organizational culture variables including competition, results-oriented atmosphere, noting to the people, communications, identity, management supports, values and norms acceptance influencing the efficiency of the organization in 2010. It is a descriptive research conducted by correlation method. The research type is practical the data are collected by a survey. The population is consisted of the all people working in Health and Care center of Ijroud city including 5 units selected. To test the organizational culture variables, a 28-question is provided based on Likert scale. To measure LABOR PRODUCTIVITY indices, matrix method will be used. After examining the validity of the questionnaire, Cronbach alpha is used to calculate its reliability (a=91%). SPSS, Objectives Matrix, Correlation Test and T Test are used for statistical calculations.Finally, the results represent that all hypotheses are confirmed and there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and LABOR PRODUCTIVITY.

Abstract: 

The present paper contributes to the theoretical analysis of the human capital investment and participation decision of heterogeneous workers in the search and matching framework. Its aim is to characterize the equilibrium and to identify the efficiency. Here, the paper studies search equilibrium and matching to consider the participation decision of heterogeneous workers who have different inherent ability levels. The PRODUCTIVITY investment decision is endogenous and wages are determined by the Nash bargain among participants.

Abstract: 

PRODUCTIVITY, illustrates the relationship between the quantity of produced goods and services, output, and the quantity of LABOR, capital, land, energy, and other resources that produced it, the input, is a key element in analyzing an economy, for it illustrates both the efficiency of industry and the wealth-generating capability of the economy. However, this paper computes key industries to promote overall LABOR PRODUCTIVITY in Iran by xiaoming, 1998 method. In this study, we use the Input-Output tables of Iran for the years1984, 1988, 1993, 1999 and 2005. We found that paper industry and water, electricity and Gas and financial sectors are key sectors or PRODUCTIVITY incentives sectors in Iranian economy.
